Step #1: Log in to your back office.

Step #2: Hover over "account" in the top right corner.

Step #3: Click on "account profile."

Step #4: Scroll down under "my website" and click on "My site address." Voila!

Plan Your First Classes


Take advantage of your team's weekly Zoom classes. These are designed for you to LEARN how to do a class AND as an opportunity to INVITE a few guests. When you launch,

you will want to do your OWN classes to launch the strongest. Launch plan below. Starting out, I strongly recommend having 3-5 guests at a workshop. TRUST ME. I paid dumb tax when I thought, "I'm experienced so I can have more." Nope. Don't do it. In this business model, it is about QUALITY, not quantity.

1.) Choose at least THREE Workshop DATES for YOU to host (one evening, one morning and one for a zoom).

2.) Find THREE people to HOST for you in your first 30 days.

4.) Send messages INDIVIDUALLY to everyone on your list. Does this take extra time? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes!

The dōTERRA in-home workshop shares some similarities with other party plan companies but also has key differences that set it apart.

SIMILARITIES:

Gather Friends and Family: Invite your network to learn about dōTERRA products.

Product Education: Share the benefits and uses of dōTERRA's offerings.

Secure Future Bookings: Encourage attendees to schedule their own workshops.

Individual Checkout: Complete sales transactions one-on-one with each attendee.

DIFFERENCES:

Personalized Checkout: Take the time to discuss each person's wellness needs during checkout. This process can be more in-depth and may even be completed the following day to ensure a thorough consultation.

Loyalty Rewards Focus: Emphasize the benefits of becoming a Loyalty Rewards customer.

Increased Spending: Attendees may be more inclined to invest in higher-value products due to the personalized experience.

Follow-Up Commitment: Schedule a follow-up within 7-10 days, either in person or via Zoom, to review their purchases and help them navigate their dōTERRA account.

Tip: Because of the personalized nature of dōTERRA workshops, it's often more effective to start with smaller groups. Remember, less is more!

Remember, this isn't about QUANTITY of guests at your workshop. It's about quality. Aim for 5 people at each workshop. Focus on helping people with natural solutions and guiding them to the option of enrolling as a wholesale customer. Not confident in doing an online workshop of your own yet? ENROLL

One-on-One Conversations for Enrolling

Connecting with people one on one is highly personal AND a great way to enroll people! This is a strong option when someone cannot make a class or simply prefers a more personal connection time with you. To have an effective one on one, make sure you ask questions and take notes. Use page two of this resource: The goal is to get a great understanding of their (and their family's) health so that you can support them with solutions. If you are unsure what the best options are at the end of your one on one, simply tell them you will get back to them. Then work with your leader on the best solutions. Check out our resource on how to start those one-on-one conversations.

How to Enroll a Customer


After you have done step 1 and 2 above, you'll have an order. Either take their order and set up their account for them OR give them a link to a shopping cart so they can set up their own account and place their own order. Are you a visual learner? Link Generator


The dōTERRA link generator is a tool that allows you to create a URL link (specific to your account). You can create links to enrollment kits, education pages, or specific products. Whenever you generate a link, you’re also given the option to copy it, email it out, or shorten it, making it simple to share online. The link generator is especially useful in your social media content. You can use the links you create on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest to make online purchasing much easier and educate your followers about dōTERRA and essential oils. Welcome Gift

When a customer has 100PV or more for their first order, give/send them a Welcome Packet. Consider giving them a gift of samples in a cute little bag. Options could include: PB Assist Sachets, Breathe drops, Onguard drops, Deep Blue sachets, Toothpaste samples, etc. This is a great way to thank them for enrolling AND for them to try additional products!

Follow Up Resources
